General Information
As one of the core subjects in the field of modern science and technology, electrical engineering has become one of the symbols of human civilization. Energy is the "blood" of the economy and society, and it is the cornerstone and motive force of the modern industry. The change of energy will promote a new generation of industrial revolution, electrical technology and electrical equipment is the basis of energy security supply and change. China International electrical and energy conference provides an exchange platform for researchers and practitioners in related fields.
Features of CIEEC2017:
1. The working language of the conference is English, all conference papers must be submitted in English.
2. High quality conference papers will be selected to special issue of international and Chinese journals.
3. Experts from industry and academic will be invited to give keynote speeches.
Scope: CIEEC2017 is soliciting papers for the following (but not limited) topics:
1. Power system operation and management
2. Smart grid technologies
3.Renewable energy and energy internet
4.Advanced transmission equipment and technology
5. Power system analysis and control

7. Power electronics

Paper Submission
All papers must be unpublished and should not be under simultaneous review for any other conferences and workshops. Papers in special sessions are also invited to provide forums for focused discussions on new topics and innovative application of established approaches.

投稿须知
投稿论文必须是从未在任何会议、期刊及杂志上出版。所以投稿文章都需要经过本次会议评审专家的严格评审，录取论文都将在IEEE Xplore（EI）中出版。
