The first Asian Conference on Energy, Power and Transportation Electrification (ACEPT) is part of Asia Clean EnergySummit (ACES), held in conjunction with Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW 2016) and will cooperate with theInstitute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) to bring together the world leading experts to present emergingtopics on energy, power, and transportation electrification. Papers of practical importance are solicited in the followingareas.

Deadline for submission of full paper is 1 July, 2016.

Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than 15 August, 2016.

Final paper manuscripts are due no later than 23 September, 2016.

Preparation of Full Paper: Prospective authors of technical papers are asked to submit a full paper of their plannedpresentation. Full papers for ACEPT 2016 must be submitted in electronic format no later than 1 July, 2016. Authorsare requested to download and fill in the Full Paper template (Word format - A4, US Letter) with details of the primarycontact and presenter. For details, please visit http://erian.ntu.edu.sg/acept-2016. All authors should obtain company andgovernmental clearance prior to submission of the Full Paper. Full Papers will be sent to multiple reviewers; therefore,“Confidential” and “Proprietary” information should be omitted.

Please note that papers presented at ACEPT must be original material and not have been presented at previousconferences or previously published. Manuscripts not received by the deadline above may not be published inthe Proceedings and will not be presented at the conference. Finished manuscripts exceeding six pages will besubject to publication page charges.

A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration. Anyone interested in becominga reviewer is encouraged to email ACEPT@ntu.edu.sg. The principal criterion in reviewing papers for acceptance willbe the usefulness of the presentation to the practicing power engineering professional. The reviewers value evidence ofcompleted experimental work.
